About the Role:
As a Sourcing Associate with Remitly, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the company. You will use various sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on the status of candidate sourcing efforts.Review CVs to ensure candidates meet minimum criteria.Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters.Some phone interviews may be required.Foster strong candidate relationships by providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Workday experience is a plus.6 months experience in recruitment would be ideal.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Amenable to work on a contract-based set-up.
