The Account Manager (AM/AS) is responsible for performing a variety of duties designed to manage VIVO’s client relationship. AM is tasked with monitoring the stock, sales, and improvement; maintaining a long-term, healthy relationship with dealers; following the direct leader’s instructions; and so on.
Monitor dealer’s store stocks turn over days under healthy.Report and follow the direct leader’s instructions regarding the job (job content).Monitor dealer’s PO (purchase order).New product launch, all related job content, and process.Monthly support program (sell in, sell out, EOL, new product, special program, and so on).Monitor the RCM (rebate credit memo).Monitor the daily or weekly data report from the dealer.Monitor the sales for improvement and address store sales concerns.Store visibility and merchandising materials.Store LDU (live demo unit); dealer store freebies.Store installment 0% interest offer.CEK store and related concerns.Visit a dealer office or a dealer store.Assist in expanding our VIVO brand coverage.Keep a long-term, healthy relationship with the dealer.Performs other duties from time to time.Qualifications:
Attitude of high respect for superiors and ability to follow and implement tasks given to him/her immediately.Keen to details, know project management (monitoring, follow through)Good oral and communication skillsNice personality, cheerful, and lively.Teamwork spirit.Fast learning requires an attitude of continuous learning.A marketing degree is preferred.New graduates are acceptable.-
