Role

You will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally handles high volume inbound and outbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issuesPresents new products and servicesEnhance customer experience and satisfactionDemonstrate ability to gauge customer responseResponsible for creating customer interest to convert to a saleThoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and educate the customerResolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processMeet or exceed company and client performance metricsContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customersResponsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Who are we Looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field.At least 7 months BPO experienceMust have at least 35 Mbps postpaid internet connection/subscription (For BCP)Must be willing to make inbound and outbound callsMust be willing to work in BGC, TaguigCan start immediatelyGood to excellent communication skillsMust be willing to work on shifting schedules
