Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance endpoint solutions, including software distribution and cloud-centric endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Tanium).Provide support for all corporate mobile devices with Microsoft Intune & SOTI.Leverage your expertise in relevant corporate operating systems like Windows and macOS.Tackle advanced troubleshooting as part of a global client management team.Serve as a regional contact for all endpoint-related inquiries.Oversee the lifecycle of client operating systems (Windows Platform, iOS, iPadOS, macOS).

 

Qualifications:

Degree in computer science or a related field.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).Extensive experience in administering software distribution and configuration systems (ideally Microsoft Intune, Tanium, Ivanti DSM).Proficient in modern endpoint management methods and processes.Additional expertise in Endpoint Protection (Microsoft Defender).An independent working style with strong analytical thinking.Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.Adaptability to changing tasks and working conditions.Strategic thinker with a knack for structured problem analysis.Fluent in English.
