Job responsibilities:

Planning, developing, and managing the quality and productivity of the teamCoordinating project(s) issues with the Service Delivery LeaderAligning with key business partners to serve customersFostering/maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitabilityWorking with business partners to identify ways to improve business processesAssisting in building, reviewing, and adhering to the annual business planControlling expenses and increasing profitability via productivity and quality gainsPlanning, developing, and managing the quality and productivity of Production teamsPlanning and conducting SKIP meetings with all AMs on Quarterly Basis.Working with the MTs / AMs and teams to ensure performance commitments are met and ensure teams are meeting production and quality metricsEnsuring the Production Team and Supervisors continually improve their performance and meet Service Level Agreements/Performance Guarantee goalsReviewing work results of the team and their pattern of handling clinical claim appeal reviewsAssisting in building, reviewing, and adhering to the annual business planDeveloping, motivating, and retaining employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goalsProviding regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessionsPromotes a high level of commitment to anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of each internal and external customerIdentifies and leverages internal networks to complete tasks; presents ideas persuasively

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years working in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Health Care industry

· Mandate PHRN/USRN license

· Related leadership work experience with the same line of business

· Strong process and product knowledge
