Duties and Responsibilities

During Construction

Providing technical advice throughout the duration of a construction project.Checking and review of technical drawings and designs. Supervising contractor/workers’ progress in accordance to plans and contract.Ensuring proper utilization and liquidation of budget and resources. Coordinating with contractors, subcontracts, clients, and other persons involved.Troubleshooting problems which may arise onsite with proper coordination and documentation.Upholding compliance to health and safety protocols as well as government regulations or policies.Preparing progress reports and the billing for contractors and workers.

 

Operations of Managed Properties

Handles operation of all installed equipment on-site including but not limited to; Electrical System including back up powerWater distribution SystemDrainage System including Septic Tank operationPumps and motorsManage Permits application and renewals for the project operations – building permit and occupancyHandles day to day concerns on sites (billing, concerns, and reporting),Manage the operational budget and expenses.  Oversee the safety, security, administration and technical concern of the project. 

Requirements:Graduate of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of solid experience in Construction and/or operation of horizontal projects including land developments, commercial buildings, retails, residential and facilities maintenance. Preferably licensed professional.Good working knowledge and experience in handling project coordination, permit handling and monitoring, site operation and property managementHas knowledge in engineering software and programs. Can do estimates, design and scheduling of activities for construction, operation and maintenance of managed projects.Be able to provide technical assistance to support the Business Development Department in delivering cost efficient and quality projects.
