We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our IT Operations domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, managing project governance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, proactively sharing project information.Manage effective governance and reporting in line with the overall project management framework.Oversee the delivery of all projects and work-streams, monitoring each project's health to ensure appropriate progression.Maintain a cross-project view and manage the overall project business case to keep them within scope and budget, renegotiating where necessary.Resolve issues raised by the project team and escalate to the steering committee when appropriate.Ensure projects deliver the promised functionality to agreed quality standards.Maintain project status and plans within the ITD project management framework and supporting tools.Regularly report project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders and the project team.Create and maintain project-related documentation, including project plans.Track project progress and follow predefined schedules and scopes.Plan and direct quality assurance schedules and assignments, monitoring project status against cost/time projections.Log, track, and verify the resolution of issues and specification defects.Work closely with the project team and senior managers to communicate project details.Ensure full satisfaction of all stakeholders, aiming for zero complaints on each project engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing IT Operations domain projects.Degree educated.At least 3 years of experience in project management within an IT Operations environment, retail, or a related field.Proven experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Significant experience in successfully managing and leading projects.Expert knowledge of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project).Strong understanding of the Project Management cycle.Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to prioritize based on changing commercial pressures.Fluent in English.Persuasive, confident, diplomatic, and a quick learner.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

Proven project and delivery coordination experience.Strong stakeholder management experience across various levels (both internal and external).

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.Relevant technical background in IT Operations or business analysis.Knowledge of the retailing business.Knowledge of distribution business.
