Join us and be Juan of the next Engineer CadetAbout the Program:The program will start in Q2 2023.EDP Trainees will undergo a comprehensive technical training and are expected to collaborate on business-critical rotational assignments that impact the overall success of the department and the whole organization.EDP Trainees will be mentored by leaders and professionals in the organization.Focus areas include:Continuing Airworthiness Management (Structures, Cabin, Aircraft Systems & Avionics, Propulsion and Reliability)Fleet Maintenance PlanningMaintenance Control center and operations managementWarehouse, Supply chain and logistics managementTechnical ProjectsFleet Configuration and Technical RecordsWhat You’ll Do:Participate in practical and classroom-based training sessions and immersions with the Technical Services Team.Perform review, analysis, and interpretation of newly released applicable Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.Assist in the review of the Aircraft Maintenance Program and relative Maintenance Planning document/sources.Assist in the study, analysis, and issuance of optional, recommended, and mandatory modifications and inspections issued by CAAP, FAA, EASA, and OEMs.Participate in the review of component fleet reliability to determine optimum protection level of spares level to ensure undisrupted operations.Basic QualificationsMust be a graduate of any of the following Technical Courses or Engineering programs-Avionics, Aeronautical, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Mechanical, and Electronics/Electrical.Preferably a consistent Dean’s Lister or an Honor awardee or similar awards (an advantage but not required).Must be self-motivated, hard-working individuals and are effective in a highly collaborative work environment.Must have excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to articulate complex and/or technical problems in simplified terms.Must have analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing to work onsite at Cebu Pacific Engineering and Maintenance office at NAIA Terminal 4.
