Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our external accounting firm and outsourced payroll provider (Cloud CFO), interpreting and reviewing financial information, preparing cash flow projections, and analyzing financial trends. This role involves reporting to management and stakeholders, providing strategic financial advice, and monitoring financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable and receivable, and expenses. The Finance Manager will also be instrumental in developing long-term business plans, optimizing payment channels, managing budgets, and minimizing financial risks through strategic planning and market trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Government Compliance Analyst Function:

Ensure all statutory requirements are met, including tax and regulatory filings.Prepare all BIR-related returns and remittances for SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAG-IBIG.Handle SEC-related requirements and ensure timely filing and payment of local taxes and licenses.

Payroll Analyst Function:

Manage payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely staff payments.Establish and maintain confidential employee files, calculate salaries and benefits, and verify pay amounts.Prepare and remit source deductions and payroll taxes, and handle other employee-related payments.

Accounts Payable Function:

Perform accounts payable transactions, ensuring finances are maintained accurately.Verify invoices and requisitions, prepare and enter invoices for payment, and maintain accounts payable listings.Handle supplier reconciliations and prepare monthly financial disbursement reports.

Sales and Accounts Receivable:

Monitor sales reports and ensure proper invoicing and recording of sales transactions.

General Accounting Analyst Function:

Assist in preparing monthly statutory financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.Perform variance analysis and assist in preparing annual disclosures for audited financial statements.Manage bookkeeping functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in financial statement preparation, finance, and budgeting.Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and reporting.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly desirable.Proficiency in using Quickbooks online software.
