Inviting applications for the role of [CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE], [HEALTHCARE]  

In this role, you will be responsible for answering questions and resolve issues of members and providers with regards to their plan – eligibility, benefits and claim concerns. You will determine the applicable coverage provisions. 

  

Responsibilities  

Respond to calls and emails from customers, individual members or brokers, plan sponsors, or providers, with questions regarding Tele app/online appointment, and other related topics.  Required to use the appropriate systems to search and provide complete answers and be fluent in English and/ or other languages. High standards of politeness and serving the customer are required. Communicate this evaluation to claims handlers by writing case notes that clearly describe your evaluation and summarize the facts that you used to make your evaluation. Strive to answer the unasked question so that the caller does not have to call again. CSR should keep the commitments made to the caller if in case the issue needs a follow up. Answer all calls accurately and timely in accordance with the performance criteria and shall meet or exceed all performance metrics set forth herein. 

Qualifications we seek in you  

 Minimum Qualifications / Skills  

At least associate graduate related in Nursing. Excellent product/process understanding – features, benefit, procedure, and guidelines. Excellent communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening and written. 

  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, though an associate degree can be acceptable if all other qualifications are met.  Experience: Has relevant hospital or clinical experience in medical fields, and relevant BPO or healthcare experience is a must. PHRN license active, USRN license is also accepted if offer is within allowable grid.
