Summary of Responsibilities:


Regularly updates, maintains and process files and necessary documents in relations to sales orders; from stock reservations to delivery, and accordingly inform superiors of matters concerning inventory movements and status.Experience in Handling Retail StoresKnowledge in dealing with different partner storesWith experience in Telemarketing / TelesalesCoordinate with Warehouse team and third party logistics.hands on / daily update with deliveries( incoming & outgoing products)Generates inventory and sales by SKU as neededGenerate Sales ReportUpdates product forecasting Report


Qualifications:


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree in Business course or any related on the same field.Required skill(s): MS Office specifically in Word and Excel.At lease with background in Sales Admin / Selling process.Knowledge in Sales ReportFull-Time position(s) available.Knowledge in handling Retail or FMCG industry.
