DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and file medical records of patients.Assist the Dermatologist during treatments.Perform treatments with the approval of the Dermatologist.Answer telephone/walk-in inquiries regarding services and treatments offered by the skin care clinic in the absence of the Asst. Supervisor.Schedule consultation of patients with the In-house Dermatologist in the absence of the Asst. Supervisor.Prepare follow-up treatment schedules of patients and designate treatments to clinic assistants in the absence of Asst. Supervisor.Receive payments from patients for the treatments done and issue OR.Deposit collected payments.Prepare and submit monthly reports, commission reports.Report complaints, negative feedback and untoward incidents to Medical Services Manager and/or Assistant Manager.Ensure proper maintenance of the clinic (including medical equipment, office furniture).Maintain medical records and inventory of medical supplies.Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

QUALIFICATION AND GUIDELINES

Graduate of BS Nursing or any medical/business allied coursesPreferably with at least 6 months work experienceCustomer service oriented, good communication and interaction skills.
