The Accounting Officer of Client Services is responsible for delivering services to customers as part of the Finance Management team. Their function is to act as liaison and guarantee good communication between Mall Operations, Leasing, and tenants, as well as Finance. They are the primary point of contact and secondary support when there are additional questions that need explaining to ensure that all concerns are addressed.
Responsibilities:
Tenant accounts reconciliation.Assistance on financial statements and budget inquiries.Witness to the monthly petty cash and treasury accountability forms.Witness to the monthly inventory count.Spot audit and inspection of tenants and exhibits in the branch.Liaison between Finance and Mall Operations.Monthly audit of billed electricity to tenants.Qualifications:
At least 3 years of work experience in accounting.Graduate of any accounting-related course.Excellent understanding of accounting/auditing.Good understanding of accounting systems and processes.Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applicationsGood organizational and decision-making skills.Work Location:
