Project Superintendent

Helps to plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of his team and third party contractors or consultants to ensure timely project delivery according to the plans and specifications and approved project execution plan at the least possible cost and to the satisfaction of management and client. 

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or in Architecture
2. Licensed  Civil Engineer or Architect
   • At least Ten (10) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects, with the last five (5) years as Project Manager
   • Knowledge of/skills in field supervision, cost control, subcontractor management
   • Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications 
   • Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards and procedures
   • Project management skills 
   • Presentation skills
   • Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Intermediate
   • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
   • Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced
   • Professional attitude and appearance
