Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.

• Organize and schedule appointments.

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, and Statement of Account (SOA).

• Preparation of regularly scheduled reports including utility consumption, collection report.

• Develop and maintain a filing system.

• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

• Order office supplies for replenishment including janitorial supplies.

• Maintain contact lists.

• Submit and reconcile expense reports.

• Provide general support to visitors, tenants and clients.

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

• PERFORM ADHOC THAT MAY BE ASSIGN FROM TIME TO TIME.

 

Education

• At least 2 years in College. Graduate of any business 4-year course is an advantage.

 

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in related field.

 

Requirements

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, computers, CCTV and the likes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint- for reporting).

• Tenant relation skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic collection / accounting skills.

• Basic leasing skills.

• Has a high sense of understanding and following instructions.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge in facility management especially meter reading.
