Responsibilities

Department Development and Team Building

Establish the Marketing Department:Lay the foundation for the department’s structure, processes, and strategic approach.Create a scalable marketing plan that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, hire, and train a talented marketing team with diverse skills to cover all necessary functions.Set clear team goals, performance metrics, and expectations to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Brand Strategy:Develop a deep understanding of the skincare market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.Craft a compelling brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Campaign Management and Execution:Design and oversee the implementation of creative marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand loyalty.Utilize a mix of marketing channels, including digital, influencer collaborations, PR, events, and traditional media.Digital Marketing:Spearhead the brand’s digital presence, ensuring a strong and engaging social media strategy, content marketing, and e-commerce optimization.Oversee the management and enhancement of the brand website, including SEO/SEM efforts.

Operational Excellence and Analytics

Budget Management:Allocate and manage the marketing budget responsibly, ensuring strategic investment in high-impact initiatives.Monitor expenditures against performance outcomes to maximize ROI.Data-Driven Decision Making:Implement analytics tools and KPIs to track performance across all marketing channels.Regularly report on marketing activities’ impacts, refining strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry preferred.Extensive technical knowledge in Facebook Business Center and Ads Management.Demonstrated success in building and managing a marketing team.Experience crafting marketing strategies and executing comprehensive campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Experience working in a startup environment or building a department from scratch.Knowledge in online selling platform seller and ads center (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok)A strong network within the skincare or beauty industry.An innovative mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
