Job Summary
Tasked to improve the company’s sales to achieve target financial growth; grows current clients and leads the identification and development of new clients, proposes and supports business strategies, builds and improves customer relationships, works closely with marketing, accounting , product development and logistics teams to ensure execution of company strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed quota set by the company.
· To formulate and execute strategies that drive sales growth across the business.
· To efficiently prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means to grow company client base
· To interface with clients in improving relationships and resolving concerns
· To ensure clients abide by the company’s policies on orders, payments, deliveries, collection, SRP pricing, marketing, etc
· To submit accurate and timely reports and forecasts
· To aid in competitor management through field research and testing
· To creatively break through barriers that hinder sales and growth by identifying strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
· Forecast sales targets for the business and ensure that they are met by the team
· Track and record appropriate activities that ensure company efficiency efforts are met or exceeded
· To work with ad hoc teams on special projects
· To maintain the highest level of Integrity, Trust and Respect and embody the company values in the execution of his/er duties.
