1.1 Prepare test plans, test scenarios (working with the business (i.e., CD stakeholders/DT Users).1.3 Provides updates to stakeholders on test status and results1.4 Follow thru with regional teams / developers on the resolution of test issues and defects1.5 Identifies and raises any risks on the test schedules and gravity of defects1.6 Oversees key users and testers and ensures that test plans are executed, flags any risks as needed1.7 Provides complete documentation of any new requirements identified during the project.2. Rolls out the CD system to all users:2.1 Does pre-work like master data preparation and configuration of CD systems2.2 Attends telecons/meetings as needed to ensure timely delivery of rollout.2.3 Provides daily updates on the status of the rollout.2.4 Engages users and stakeholders involved during the rollout.2.5 Identifies and raises any issues / risks for the rollout.2.6 Completes rollout checklist and signoff from users.3. Manages the delivery of overall project network1. Test Lead/QA for CD Related Projects or Change Requests1.2 Leads the daily / scheduled calls related to all test cycles (e.g., System Integrated Testing (SIT), UAT, FDR, etc).3.1 Develops, maintains, and communicates Project Management Plan and Strategy for overall program3.2 Schedules all telecons/meetings needed for the project3.3 Leads all PMO calls and follows thru on all PMO agreed actions3.4 Develops status reports, metrics for overall program. Expedites reporting and progress updates.3.5 Defines program performance metrics and apply corrective actions.3.7 Prepares, circulates, and keeps all documentation of project calls/meetings and agreements.3.8 Develops and manages benefits realization plan, project financials, and budget.4. Involvement in Functional Specs Discussions with local and global teams5. Does role of subject matter expert for CD solutions for PH.6. Works with project team to deliver the solution based on requirements agreed / signed-off.7. Engagement with local stakeholders/users and regional partners.8. Provides briefs to support teams to ensure smooth transition to BAU.
