As aâ¯Technology Business Consultant, youâll contribute to a critical component of our success. While workingâ¯closely with clients and internal teams to deliverâ¯innovative, newâ¯solutions that meet their needsâ¯and help advance the way the world pays,â¯banksâ¯and invests.â¯â¯

What youâ¯willâ¯be doing:â¯

As Technology Business Consultant, you will execute professional service implementation contracts by delivering client consultancy. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the front to back Treasury process including Back Office operations (deal approvals/settlements etc) and or Accounting/GL knowledge.

  • Researching clientâ¯needs, analyzingâ¯trendsâ¯andâ¯bestâ¯practicesâ¯and creatingâ¯detailedâ¯programâ¯specificationsâ¯â¯

  • Devisingâ¯proceduresâ¯to achieveâ¯greaterâ¯efficienciesâ¯and solveâ¯complexâ¯technicalâ¯problems.â¯â¯

  • Assessingâ¯availableâ¯technologiesâ¯andâ¯recommendingâ¯solutions.â¯

  • Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.

  • Influences clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

  • Other related duties as assigned.


What you will need:⯠â¯

  • Must have experience of at least 5 years in consulting and/or software implementation with 2 years on Treasury/ Accounting/ Banking Modules.

  • Understanding of SaaS implementation environments

  • Background in Consulting and Product Development as a Business Analyst or a Functional Consultant

  • Knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies

  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology

  • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
