Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:Design and produce visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, ensuring it aligns with current trends and platform requirements.Develop engaging thumbnails and banners for YouTube to attract viewer attention and increase click-through rates.Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, color, and messaging.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new visual ideas that align with ongoing campaigns and promotions.Content Strategy & Planning:Work closely with the social media manager to understand the content calendar and design posts that support marketing goals.Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging design techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.Graphic Design:Design promotional materials, including banners, posters, and digital ads, to support various marketing initiatives.Edit and enhance photos and videos, ensuring they meet the aesthetic standards of the brand.Collaboration:Liaise with other departments, such as the store operations, to create visuals that support their needs.Provide design support for company events, presentations, and internal communications as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media content.Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva Pro, and/or similar software’s.Experience with video editing and production, particularly for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
