JOB SUMMARY
Directly reporting to the Property Management Department Head, the Property Engineer shall implement, organize, and maintain all Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units. To conduct joint inspection with the Planning & Design department for punch listing and acceptance of units from the Construction department. Inspection of construction activities related to construction bond refund/. Prepare monthly expense report and necessary charges for RFO maintenance as required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Inspection of private construction requests for construction bond refund.Responsible for inspecting and punch listing of units with the Planning & Design department, and final punch listing and acceptance of units from the Construction department.Monitoring of service requests through an internal system.Monitoring of RFO units including inventory of RFO unit keys.RFO units and subdivision maintenance.Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience related to Property Management / QA/QC / Construction
Competencies:
Excellent negotiation and communication skillsProficient in MS Office applicationsDriving skills with a driver's licenseWilling to be assigned in San Pablo City/Pila, Laguna
