The daily activities:

Consistently delivering exceptional customer service experiences to account holders from the Philippine MarketAcknowledging and responding promptly to clients’ inquiries via calls, emails or walk-ins.  Guiding customers through order taking, troubleshooting and/or navigating through company sitesReviewing client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, refunds, and other account-related itemsDe-escalating situations involving clients with concerns and/or offering further support Ensuring customer satisfaction by building engagement to going the extra mile

The must-haves:

Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in client support or a related fieldProficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsTech savvy and proficient in utilizing MS Office, Google WorkspaceOpen to working on-site and/or weekend duties (on rotating schedules)Willing to do extended working hours (only as needed)A team player and is motivated to get things doneOrganized, detail-oriented and can multi-taskCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all timesWilling to start ASAP
