Qualifications:
Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Experience: 7 years as a Restaurant Manager is required.
Skills:
Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment while providing excellent customer service.Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and securityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent leaderships skillsDemonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets.Knowledgeable in analyzing PNL report
