Job Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to the project team members.
-Create a detailed project plan incorporating Gantt charts, SCurve, timelines, balance to complete, value engineering, budget, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
-Collaborate with different departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
-Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
-Maintain accurate data collection and project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and other relevant information.
-Foster effective communication with partners, clients, and subcontractors.
-Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project execution.
Job Requirements:
-Must hold a valid Civil Engineering license.
-Preferably possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in Housing Construction Development.
-Demonstrates a high level of accuracy in calculations and estimations.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
-Willingness to travel and work on-site within the Philippines.
-Exhibits excellent leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
