  • Total relevant experience: 5-10 years of experience in contracting/consultancy of projects of similar size/complexity
  • Experience in leading and managing Quantity Surveying Department
  • Perform relevant works designated by Commercial Manager, leading and managing the commercial planning for projects
  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking monthly progress claims to client; preparing procurement schedules.
  • sub-contractor evaluation and preparation of contracts in conjunction with project teams 
  • Proficient primarily with Primavera P6, Planswift, and other tools.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting project progress and costs in consultation with the respective project teams; evaluating and reporting sub-contractor progress, validity of claims, etc.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
  • Cost and time assessment and preparation of formal proposal for potential projects.
  • Lead kick-off, coordination and clarification meetings.
  • Perform quantity take-off if necessary.
  • Timely and quality submission of deliverables.
