WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

• Warehouse Storekeeper -  is responsible for the operational function of the warehouse by managing their shift's teams in Receiving & Material Transfer. Responsible for actual stocks accuracy with SAP / MOM / other business applications in their shift activities. Ensuring the proper materials flow between warehouses and or the loading and unloading process. Closely coordinates with other warehouse, Planning and Logistics & Customs team, Quality, EHS being a first point of contact in any concerns. Investigates variances as well as explaining all issues with other departments involved in the process including the GR/IR reconciliation Additionally, focuses on checking timely material transfers within warehouses in line with FIFO and FEFO for batch management scheme and monitoring on-time all material movements to ensure stock accuracy (all movement according to the plan in SAP and MOM). Ensure that the space utilization is being monitored and updated on the file and on-time submission of ETRD and monthly report for government requirements.

• The incumbent is also responsible in ensuring that the warehouse is properly maintained in accordance to IICI standards, 5S3R and complying with government regulations and Warehouse procedures. On-time updating of reports.
  Responsible also for proper coordination and ensuring that company’s inventory is up to date and sufficient to create any report on demand. Such a person will be dedicated to all SAP / MOM related projects for data preparation.
   

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct teams of NTM/FG Forklift Drivers with regards to their daily tasks assignments
  • Assist their Shift Leads with other shop floor activities and concerns.  
  • Delegate and assign tasks according to priority 
  • Plan and allocate work schedules for the day activities
  • Cascade any Health and Safety related issue to their colleagues

• Coordination to other Groups: 
  • LOGISTICS, CUSTOMER SERVICE & NTM Planning  
    •  Coordinate with other Team  regarding shipment status.
    • Checks and communicate container status based on the schedule .
    • Communicate any issues arising from container call time.
    • Checks the availability of releasing documents for QI and coordination to the NTM Planning.
    • On-time submission of documents needed by Logistics team.
  • QUALITY
    • Communicate any infestation-related issues that concern NTM/FG supplies.
    • Coordinate and execute any quality-related issue, instructions, requirements that are related to quality.

• EXTERNAL  WAREHOUSE & 3rd PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER
  • Communicate material requirement and availability based on Production Order
  • Coordinate transfers delivery schedules based on production run schedule and priority
  • Convey needed information with 3rd party service provider and provide feedback within the team

• OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS
  • Pending tasks are properly handover to the next shift team
  • Ensure that all SAP posting is correctly performed and timely executed
  • Tasks are properly cascaded to FLD and are performed based on agreed timeline
  • Production requirements are properly and timely served
  • Infestation level are always checked and timely acted upon whenever necessary
  • Urgent requirement are prioritize and support needed material on time 
  • Inbound materials are properly checked, and needed document are completely fill out and executed
  • Ensure the availability of material and is correctly reflected in system
  • Ensure that ramp warehouse area is organized and properly set with no unaccounted items
  • Ensure that actual materials in warehouse reflects exactly in the system (SAP/MOM)
  • All actual material movements reflect movements in system (SAP/MOM)
  • All material movements are properly documented
  • Periodic material cycle count is performed regularly
  • Materials are properly labeled and identified
  • Accomplish Incoming Receiving Monitoring Report as part of monitoring of NTM KPI.
  • Preserve, retrieve records and prepare related reports.
  • Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are reported and necessary forms are prepared

• People management (if applicable)
  • Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.                                             

• Perform additional tasks of MS management in order to fulfill department objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with JTI and local CoC and CoD, policies and procedures, Safety requirements. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request. Support in other NTM process as needed.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing & logistics area
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer skills (MS Windows & MS Office, preferably advanced MS Powerpoint / Excel skills) SAP / WMS Systems knowledge will be an advantage.
