Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff member is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and auditing. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities: 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other financial documents.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.Investigate and resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), Microsoft Excel, and other relevant financial tools.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
