Helps customers with complaints and questionsGives customer information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.Prepares Debit Notes or billing for Service CallsEnsures that Work Sheet Debit Notes for the month are submitted to Finance DepartmentEnsures that Billing attachments are accurate and completeEnsures all billings are processed timely and in accordance to theMaintains and organizes files that are relevant and necessary for client servicing such as Service Reports, Delivery Notes, Pull-Out Forms and Checklist of PM ReportsEndorses to Service Center Supervisor all details as reference for the preparation of quotations-
