JOB SUMMARY
Admin Associate is responsible for printing and timely releasing of Purchase Request (PR). Likewise for ensuring the timely delivery of items ordered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Print and releases PR to suppliers.Entertains and resolves supplier concerns within personal capacity. Relays other concerns beyond personal capacity to concerned Corporate Replenishment Planner for immediate action.Monitors deliveries especially for urgent orders and other orders as instructed by the concerned Corporate Replenishment Planner. Makes necessary follow-ups when necessary.Prepares and ensures the timely submission of Purchase Summary Report indicating the undelivered POs for reprinting.Extends assistance in other areas of Supermarket when required.Informs immediate superior promptly any problems or unusual matters of significance.Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any related coursesAt least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in administrative/office workProficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.Other Basic Skills required: organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage time efficientlyWilling to work onsite in Vicsal Building, Guizo, Mandaue City, Cebu
