Duties:
• Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Presents new products and services
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Applicant is an HS graduate (old curriculum)/SHS graduate (new curriculum)
• Must have good English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours
• Willing to work onsite if needed
• Must have a strong wired internet connection for an online exam
