Agriculturist

Manage the overall operations of bee farm and orchard.Provide guided tours for scheduled groups including schools and the general public.Provide excellent customer service to visitors.Handling the sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables, honey, and Milea products.Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, and other supplies are regularly restocked.Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.Collaborating with senior staff to prepare production and financial reports.Supervise and coordinate work of other farm workers and laborers and oversee activities like crop maintenance and harvesting.Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties and responsibilities.Perform farming duties.Perform other duties as instructed by the Management.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended.Management experience would be a plus.A passion for agriculture.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently.Superb communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Trustworthy, honest and values integrity at work.Work location – San Jose, Batangas
