QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any Business and Accounting is an advantage

College Graduate, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply as long as they are willing to train.

Competency in MS Office

Competency in BIR Accreditations and Filings

Must have strong intrapersonal communication skills.

With at least a year experience of working as accounting

Willing to assign to other branches

Job Description:

1. Admin Task

2. Balancing and Remit Amount per day for Retail area (Cashiering)

3. Prepares Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts for day-to-day transactions.

4. Filing of important documents such as receipts, payment reference vouchers, DR’s.

5. Assist APV, request for payments, and determines completeness and accuracy of all documents such as Sales Invoices, Receiving Report, Delivery Receipt, Purchase Order, etc.

6. Prepares the following documents such as check vouchers and other admin documents

7. Records transactions to Cash Disbursement Books.

8. Make sure that receipts issued by supplier are with complete company details, particularly TIN and address

9. Prepares and upload withholding tax certificates (BIR 2307) for suppliers and company.

10. Monitors payment of utilities, rentals, telephones, and other recurring payments.

11. Maintains systematic filing of all accounting documents related to disbursement function.

12. Reports Financial, Cash flow and Daily Sales Report Monthly.
