STRATEGIC PLANNING:

● Plans, organizes, implements and monitors IRS, WWIS and other similar field testing activities to provide accurate and timely correlated data to end-users (i.e, Resource Management (RM), Well Services (WS), Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM), etc.)

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND STANDARDIZATION:

● Recommends to immediate superior all the required changes in operational procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

● Assists in the development, establishment, and maintenance of IRS policies, processes, procedures and controls that govern the team

● Produces and presents technical papers/reports to local and foreign conferences regarding improvements/breakthroughs in the field.

TASK IMPLEMENTATION (Well Testing and Well Intervention Activities):

● Performs the required testing/logging of assigned wells in accordance to the team's quality standards, approved work schedule, and applicable regulatory requirements. These includes, but are not limited to, Wireline and Well Intervention activities such as downhole surveys, discharge set-up installation, well discharge testing, tubing operation, quenching, well stimulation (air compression, etc) and others.

● Operates, drives, calibrate, and maintains all Integrated Reservoir Services (IRS) equipment such as but not limited to survey truck, quenching unit, air compressor package, calibrating bath, downhole tools, welding machine, generators, survey gears, discharge gears, data loggers and transmitters, pressure gauges, etc.

● Responsible in ensuring that all tools and equipment are fit for purpose prior to any operation. Maintains, prepares and calibrates tools and equipment as per quality standards.

● Regularly updates immediate superior on status of activities in his assigned area of responsibility.

● Analyzes data results from field testing for accuracy and in compliance to OPM. Prepares discharge test data and other operations reports for submission to immediate superior.

● Ensures that all IRS tools and equipment are calibrated and keep for purpose.

● Ensures that all preparatory works including site inspection, tool preparation and set-up, necessary permits and coordination with other concerned groups in conducting IRS activities are in-place prior to implementation.

● Provides technical guidance to Well Testing and Wireline (WTW) operators on the performance of IRS activities.

INNOVATION:

● Evaluates IRS strategies, methods and procedures and recommends appropriate actions to upgrade quality of field services

● Conducts research on latest trends in related technology and equipment, and studies applicable to the Group.

RESOURCE, LOGISTICS AND FACILITIES:

● Prepares IRS annual Operational and Capital expense budget proposals

● Ensures cost effective implementation of IRS programs to maintain operational cost within budget

● Prepares request thru Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Kiss Flow (KF) for IRS and WWIS operation requirements and keep record of such activities.

● Prepares all necessary documents for the mobilization/demobilization of IRS and WWIS equipment, materials, supplies and personnel to support tests performed to other sites.

EMPLOYEES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

● Participates in the learning program/other intervention initiatives as identified in the individual development plan based from feedback and competency-gaps to continually upgrade/increase competency proficiency level as required on the job.

● Makes accomplishment report through the established performance management system and attends discussion with the immediate head for the assessment of individual goals, identification of areas for improvement and career growth.

● Coaches the WTW operators and updates them on advances on well testing techniques

DOCUMENTATION / DATA MANAGEMENT:

● Check and reviews well test results and perform initial interpretation of test data

● Documents and stores all well testing data and results, test analysis, and actual test history

● Prepares reports for submission to immediate superior

SAFETY:

● Ensure Safety of IRS and other section/department personnel, equipment and other stakeholder including contractors and community, and protect the environment in compliance to company safety, health and environmental policy.

● Issues stop work order for any hazardous work action and /or condition identified in the assigned work area, scope of work is changed, permit expires, or when a near-miss, or accident occurs.

● Secures PTW including all associated clearance as needed. Prepares all necessary document including JMP, JHA, job risk assessment, etc.

 General Responsibilities

▪ Implements and complies with company rules and policies; and

▪ Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
