We are committed to providing quality primary healthcare and exceptional patient experience. Currently, we have clinics located at Oakridge Business Park (Mandaue), Consolacion and Mactan.

Job Summary: The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Mactan branch. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing clinic policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, resources, and inventory.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Handle patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and address any issues.Maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
