Handles and responds promptly to customer’s inquiries and sales leads thru landline, mobile, email and social media.

QA incoming leads through phone, social media and walk-in inquiries and grows them by providing good customer service.

Manages 288 retail customers’ orders and after-sales support.

Makes sure that all details in the order form/invoice issued are correct.

Updates regular 288 retail customers for any price increase and/or product changes prior to its effectivity.

Monitors aging of 288 retail customers and regularly do follow-ups on receivables.

Provides proper turnover of grown accounts to its respective Key Accounts Officer should it reaches the required monthly revenue.

Supports day to day administrative and clerical needs to the KAD team to ensure smooth sales and procedure.

Organizes and files important documents of the KAD team.

Distributes and monitors distribution of occasional gifts or tokens to KAD and 288 retail customers accordingly.

Assumes KAO’s role in case one is on leave or is unavailable for a certain period of time.

Pass along general feedback from customers to management to help build a better product or develop a new or better service.

Assists KAD Manager for any sales related activities.

  • Accepts and finishes tasks given on top of this list as long as it adheres to VMC’s vision and mission.
  • Perform other duties and responsibility as required.

    JOB QUALIFICATION:

    Bachelor’s Degree or college level in any related management course – business administration, marketing, etc.

    At least 1 year work experience in sales and marketing (wholesale and retail) in any related field.

    Must have good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

    Good verbal and written communication skills.

    Must be organized and keen to details.

    Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft/Google Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

    Must be able to multi-task and have time management skills.
