JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


1) Reviews the completeness of documents for payment, manages the account entries in Accounting System and prepares Accounts Payable voucher.

2) Ensure the compliance to ALL required taxes, licenses and permits.

3) Updating of books of accounts, recording of income in Accounting System and updating of lapsing schedule.

4) Prepares debit/credit note

5) Updates and issues monthly Executive account balances.

6) Ensure that all of the documents are properly filed.

7) Become familiar of all company’s standard operating procedures.

8) Displays excellent time management and problem solving skills.

9) Ensures that all of the required reports are submitted on time or ahead of the schedule.

10) Knowledgeable with various government agency transactions like filing of BIR, SSS, Philhealth and -Ibig

11) To perform other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


1) Preferably Graduate of BS Accountancy

2) With at least 2 years work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk

3) Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

4) Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software(e.g. QuickBooks)

5) Organization skills

6) Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
