Customer Service Engineer

Metro Manila, Philippines Giesecke & Devrient Asia Pacific Limited - Philippine Branch Full time

Responsibilities:

-     Manage spare part inventory

-     Settle procurement fee and other related expenses

-     Assisting in filing of company documents

-     Assist in meetings, organization of event, preparation of statistical reports, written reports, presentations and other reports

-     Be responsible for procurement of office supplies

-     Processing, checking, scanning and filing of documents

-     Consolidate data from documents and reports

-     Handle daily customer service matters and answer phone calls

-     Manage the office tidiness

-     Assist supervisor in handling logistics and finance/taxation matters

-     Perform job duties assigned by the supervisor, etc.

-     Performs repair and maintenance of machines

-     Provides on-site and on-call service support to customers

-     Submits Service and Inventory Report 

-     Comply to team’s KPI.

 

Job Requirements:

-     Technical vocational graduate or equivalent

-     2 years working experience in the related field.

-     Technical and Analytical skills are required. Preferably, can handle both software and hardware systems.

-     Strong Communication and time management skill.

-     Initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently

-     Written and verbal proficiency in English and Filipino.

-    Basic Computer Knowledge and can work using Microsoft Office, .

-    Willing to work on a shifting Schedule

-     Candidates from Metro Manila are preferred.

-     Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
