  • Supervises line progress and implements compliance to company rules, QA rules and ISO standards in GENBA. 
  • Informs foreman on new updates from management, may it be system or product related.
  • Checks operation standards/procedures related to assembly operations.
  • Checks abnormality occurrences, root cause and countermeasure effectiveness generated by foreman.
  • Reviews all purchase requisition of the shop floor.
  • Check training progress of associates with foreman.
  • Generates report of assembly (daily production report, MBO, improvements)
  • Leads new model preparation and conducts Failure Mode/Effect Analysis)
  • Conducts performance reviews of all personnel.
  • Reports to immediate superior any problem that occurs in his/her area. 
  • Performs any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
