BASIC FUNCTION

 

Position Overview

Provide entry-level project coordination, client communication, and reporting for recovery and deployment of end user assets. This role will work within a team structure to provide status updates, deliverable measurements, and other responsibilities as assigned. This role may be client facing.

What you'll do at Insight:

-Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence
-Work with the team to schedule and communicate inbound and outbound schedules
-Creates reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, schedules and documents meetings
-Provide necessary reporting to team and client at required intervals
-Communicate and telephone to end users to increase rate of asset recovery
-Pro-actively identify problems to work with team members to create and implement solutions
 

What you’ll need to join Insight: 

-College Graduate
-Amenable to work on night shift and hybrid setup
-2-3 years of relevant experience
-Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word
-With experience in SAP/ ServiceNow
