Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Supervisor located in Parañaque. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for managing, planning and executing marketing campaigns, supervising a team of marketing professionals, monitoring and analyzing market trends, and identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Supervisor or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.Able to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns.Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
