QUALIFICATIONS​

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration or other related coursesMinimum of 3 year (s) of management experience in casual dining restaurantsMust have excellent customer service and floor management skillsStrong leadership and management skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in managing the daily operations of the storeManages people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinatesEnsures smooth flow of restaurant operations during shiftRecommends strategies to improve sales and quality of products and services
