Role Description

We are currently seeking a Banksman and Slinger Course Instructor to join our team. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Silang. As a Banksman and Slinger Course Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and conducting practical training sessions for students. Your role will involve educating students on the safe operation of cranes, lifting equipment, and cargo securing techniques.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of any related courseValid training and certification as an instructorValid training and certification related to banksman and slingerAt least two (2) years of work experience in the offshore industryStrong knowledge and experience in banksman and slinger operationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to create a positive and engaging learning environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work effectively in a team and adapt to different learning stylesFlexible schedule to accommodate part-time teaching hoursAmenable to work at Silang, Cavite
